Examples of Real Estate Services
The Board of a coproprietorship was try to blame our client, a coproprietor, for an insurance incident which was mismanaged by the real estate agency . The mistake was finally recognized when we wrote to the 50 coproprietors and convened an extraordinary General Assembly to reveal the scandal.
Assisting a restaurant business-owner (sub-tenant) to end his extortion by his landlord (the tenant) by denouncing the abusive rent to the landlord (owner of the property).
Assisting an expat to contest the decision of the landlord refusing to end her lease before its term on the pretext that the new tenant was not financially viable.
